During my recent stay, I really enjoyed the modern amenities and the spacious room I had. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options that made for a pleasant start to my day. The hotel was impeccably clean, which added to the overall experience. I found the internet connection quite inconvenient as it required frequent re-logins.

Overall - modern and stylish place with amicable staff at check-out. Large bed in standard king guest room with a balcony, a lounge, and an iron. Top, marvellous location in the very nice area. Btw, set walk from a train station;)))

Modern amenities and spacious rooms add to the comfort level of this place. The rooftop sun deck offers a great spot to unwind while taking in views of the city, and it's conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from central attractions.

Room size can feel snug, particularly for families or larger groups, which might get cramped if everyone is unpacking. The breakfast spread is decent but lacks variety. It's a bit basic compared to what you'd hope for at a hotel, so dining outside could be a better option. There's also no swimming pool, sauna, or spa facilities on-site, which might disappoint if you're looking to relax after some sightseeing. The internet connection demands frequent re-logins, which can feel irritating.

I stayed at the room for the disabled, it was perfect. The room was laaarge for a wheelchair to move around. The bath was very good too, shower and bath are easy to use. I liked the free minibar. Very nice hotel in a very quite street.

The hotel is not located in the center of Florence, but it is in the very convenient location. If you don't mind taking a tram, it is only one stop away from smn station. The hotel staff is very friendly and nice, and the room is very clean, new and relatively big. This is the American hotel in Italy. The only little complaint that we had was probably their breakfast. The selection is kind of limited, and we did not enjoy it. Other than that, this hotel is the place that we will probably choose again when we go to Florence.

The location was great, the center was within a walking distance. There was an underground parking space, but it is expensive.

It is a business hotel, atmospheric, but unfortunately a bit dark. We felt comfortable anyway.
